Angela Garrison

Angela Garrison, 69, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Good Samaritan Society Sioux Falls Village.  Memorial visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls.  Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 12, 2025, also at the funeral home.

Angela Rosemarie Reisdorfer was born January 4, 1956, to Richard and Dorothy (Ebbers) Reisdorfer in Graceville, Minnesota. She graduated from Howard High School in 1975. She moved to Sioux Falls in 1976. She married Harvey Garrison on May 17, 1983. To this marriage two children were born, Telesha Ann (1984-1995), and Kellen Tyler (1986). Her grandson, Isaac John was born June 21, 2006.  Her family was her pride and joy. Angela retired from the school with 18 years of service in 2018. She was a longtime fan of the Denver Broncos.  Angie loved putting puzzles together, dancing, taking walks while listening to music, reading the bible and memorizing scripture.

Survivors include her husband, Harvey of Sioux Falls; son, Kellen of Sioux Falls; grandson, Isaac of Sioux Falls; brother, Richard Reisdorfer Jr. of Sioux Falls; sisters, Jackie Lund of Winter Haven FL, Verna (Norbert) Sonen of Colman, SD, and Marlys Reisdorfer of Sioux Falls; and in-law, Barbara Garrison.

 She was preceded in death by her daughter, Telesha Ann; parents, Richard and Dorothy Reisdorfer; in-laws, Harvey Garrison Sr. and Doris and Roland Jones; brother, Thomas Gerald Reisdorfer; sisters, Mary Christine Reisdorfer and Rita Ann Reisdorfer; and brother-in-law, Douglas Lund.
