Leeann Marie Bills

LeeAnn was born on June 14, 1957, to her parents, Don and Marilyn (Lien) Wylie, in Hutchinson, Minnesota. Later, her family moved to Sioux Falls, and she graduated from Washington High in 1975.

On September 24, 1977, LeeAnn was united in marriage to Gerry Bills in Sioux Falls. The couple was blessed with two daughters, Lyndsey and Allison.

LeeAnn began her career at Kmart in Sioux Falls and held various positions there, including being a certified pharmacy technician. After leaving Kmart, LeeAnn worked in the business office at Avera McKennan, eventually becoming a medical coder until she retired in 2023.

Faith was a guiding force in LeeAnn’s life, shaping who she was and how she cared for others. She lived her beliefs quietly but deeply, finding strength, comfort, and purpose in her relationship with God. As a Stephen Minister, she answered a call to walk alongside others during times of hardship, offering compassion, prayer, and a listening heart. 

Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Gerry Bills of Sioux Falls; her daughters, Lyndsey (Breck) Miller and Allison Bills, both of Sioux Falls; granddaughter, Claire Miller; and grandson, Noah Miller. She is also survived by her sisters, Pam Pulkrabek of Hutchinson, MN, and Deb (Jeff) Roepke of Hutchinson, MN; and her brother, Greg (Lisa) Wylie of Sioux Falls. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Marilyn Wylie. 

A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Miller Funeral Home - downtown, 507 S. Main Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 5500 E. 57th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57108.
