Sandra J. Gregg

Sandra “Sandy” Jean Gregg, 75, of Sioux Falls, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025. A visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, 3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls. A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory. Burial will follow immediately after the funeral service at Hills of Rest Cemetery.

Sandy was born March 6, 1950, to Sylvanus and Sadie (Schamens) Buck in Bryant, South Dakota. She graduated from Longmont High School in Longmont, CO in 1968. Sandy married Billy Gregg on June 9, 1978, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Together, they had a long and happy marriage for 47 wonderful years. To know Sandy was to know her love of the Minnesota Twins, specifically, Kirby Puckett. She and Billy would take a bus to go watch the game every chance they had. She had an enormous soft spot in her heart (and home) for cats; always having several cats at home at any given time.

Surviving Sandy is her husband, Billy Gregg; her brother, Jerry Buck; her sister-in-law, Julianne DiPiazza; her brother-in-law, Gary Gregg; and several nieces and nephews.
